C. Business Transactions
If CBI Coaching LLC or EatThinkGo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
D. With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or provide consent for a specific disclosure.
5. Selling and Sharing Personal Information

If these practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide legally required notices and choices before beginning the new practice.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, complete transactions, meet legal/tax/accounting/compliance obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and prevent fraud or misuse. Retention periods may differ based on the type of information, the reason it was collected, and legal requirements. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, subject to applicable legal and technical limitations.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. Safeguards may include encrypted data transmission, secure authentication, access controls, database security policies, role-based administrative access, audit logging, vendor security controls, software maintenance, security monitoring, and backup and recovery procedures. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
8. Data Breach Notification
If we discover a security incident involving personal or identifiable wellness information, we will investigate the incident and provide notices to affected individuals, government agencies, or other parties when required by applicable law.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, withdrawal of consent, objection to or restriction of certain processing, opt out of certain sales/sharing/targeted advertising, appeal a decision concerning a privacy request, and submit a complaint to an appropriate privacy regulator.
